Proposing a paper and registering for the SAP Congress are two completely separate processes.

You will then have to register whatever is your situation, i.e. even if you are first author of a communication, co-author or only listener.

It would be better if the congressists could pay their registration fees by VISA and/or Master Card before the 27 of january.

In order to do that, they will have to send their name, first name, the 16 numbers and the validity limit of their bank card at the followinf postal address : Jean PIRET - Trésorier SRBAP c/o IRScNB, 29 rue Vautier BE - 1000 BRUXELLES.

All bank taxes will be assumed by the SRBAP.

This procedure will help us to save time at the registration desk on the 27th of january.
